
The founders are Cooper Grainger, Ethan Salve and Kendrick Torres from Francis Douglas Memorial College.
The company started its humble beginnings as a Young Enterprise Scheme (YES) start-up company mentored by Pascale Joines, FDMC Business Enterprise Teaching Staff. It all started with a mushroom growing kit idea which had complexities, so the group pivoted to making mushroom crisps. However, these went soggy overnight that became the perfect mushroom jerky product!
